It doesn’t matter if I’m finishing a room in the basement or playing a video game. If it takes me a year and everything I have, I have to see it to the end.
I’ve played and finished probably a hundred games over the years but I think this is the first game I’ve ever felt so emotional about. Aside from the fact that my friend Tracy and I had nominated the word “unravel” as the word of the year months before I was ever introduced to the game, the game was still beautiful and sad and wonderful and a bit unraveling… It’s not like any other game I’ve played and I’m slightly sad to have completed it.
